The IALS Student Law Review, an electronic open access peer-reviewed law journal established by the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London, is accepting submissions for its summer 2017 issue. The journal is well-placed to build on the Institute's national role in facilitating legal research-developing its own role in publishing articles from legal researchers across the UK and beyond.
The Review publishes articles, developing work or case notes that meet scholarly standards, on all areas of law with a particular focus on the main expertise of IALS: Arbitration and Dispute Settlement, Company and Partnership Law, Comparative Law, European Criminal Law, Financial Services and Regulation Law, Information law and policy, International Economic Crime, Law and Humanity, Legal Records at Risk Project, Legal Translation, Legislative Studies/Law Reform, Space Policy and Law. The journal is intended as a showcase for legal scholars from postgraduate students and early career scholars to well-established academics; and, intends to target both members of the legal academia and practitioners in addition to students.
The deadline for submissions is on April 30, 2017.
