The South Eastern European Dialogue on Internet Governance (SEEDIG) Forum has launched its 2019 Youth School programme, which will be held primarily online from January to May 2019. The Youth School is comprised by a series of online webinars on Internet governance and digital policy and a full day event during which participants will have the opportunity to meet key SEEDIG community members. If you are interested in issues such as privacy, freedom of expression online, digital literacy, the Internet of things, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity, don't miss the chance to apply!
Applications are open to university students (either undergraduate or Master) originally from or residing in a South Eastern European country or a neighbouring one. Applicants must demonstrate a good knowledge of the English language, as the Youth School is held in English, as well as motivation to learn about internet governance.
Selected participants will get a chance to share their views at their annual SEEDIG meeting in Bucharest in 7-8 May 2019.
To apply, fill in the online application form.
Participation in the online component of the Youth School is free. For the in-situ components of the programme, SEEDIG will offer financial support to a limited number of students who successfully complete the online component.
Applications are due on December 31, 2018.
