Cosmin Flavius Costaş is a partner and co-founder of Costaş, Negru & Partners law firm. He graduated the Faculty of Law of the University Babes-Bolyai Cluj-Napoca (2003), earned a Master’s Degree in European Institutions and Regulations (2004) with the same institution and graduated the International Faculty of Comparative Law in Strasbourg (France), class Louis-Edmond Pettiti (2005), earning a Diplome supérieure en droit comparé.

Lecturer Andrea Chiş is a judge at Cluj Court of Appeal, civil section, as well as in the teaching staff at Babeș-Bolyai University. She has a Ph.D. since 2012 and teaches Civil Procedure and European Law of Intellectual Property. Besides her job as a judge and teacher, she has passions such as sky-diving, travelling and riding her motorcycle.

Laura Toncescu is Managing Partner at the new KPMG associated law firm, NTMO. She recently joined the team and has a vast experience and expertise in Banking, Finance and Insurance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets and other areas of law.

Mrs Leonie van Lent is an assistant professor at the Willem Pompe Institute for Criminal Law of the Faculty of Law, Utrecht University. Her PhD-thesis covered the topic of the principle of publicity in Dutch criminal procedure. Her field of research and lectures is Dutch criminal procedure and comparative criminal procedure.
