Dr Florentin Ţuca is Managing Partner at Ţuca Zbârcea & Asociaţii. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest and is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 1993. He also holds a PhD degree in PPPs and Concessions. He has gained a wide reputation in handling complex domestic and international arbitration, particularly in relation to privatisation and cross-border disputes. In addition, he has a wealth of experience in corporate law, banking law, as well as project finance, concessions and other forms of PPP projects, notably in the fields of infrastructure and energy.

Conf. Dr. Florin Streteanu is in the teaching staff of Babeș-Bolyai University, being also an associate professor at the International Faculty of Comparative Law, Strasbourg.He also has had a rich non-academic experience, being an ad-hoc Judge at the European Court for Human Rightss (2009-2012), Trainer and head of the Criminal Law Department of the National Institute of Magistracy, Bucharest, since 2007, and member of the Ministry of Justice Commission that drafted the New Criminal Code, Founder and Director of Criminal Law Writings and chief editor of the law journal Studia Universitatis Babeș-Bolyai - Serie Iurisprudentia. Being one of the most appreciated theoreticians of the moment in Criminal Law in Romania, Florin Streteanu is, since 2012, the Dean of the Faculty of Law at Babeș Bolyai University.

Ovidiu Răzvan Nistor is currently the Director for delegations in ELSA international, formerly being the Vice-president of the STEP department in ELSA Cluj-Napoca and, afterwards, the President of ELSA Romania. He studies Law, being in his 4th year at the moment. In 2010 he participated in the European Private Law Summer School in Salzburg and, in 2012, in the Banking & Finance Law Summer School. He is also an intern at a law firm in Cluj-Napoca and plans to become a lawyer after graduation.
