Adrian Șter is a Partner at the Wolf Theiss Bucharest office since 2016 and the coordinator of the Competition & Antitrust Practice Group. His experience in relation to competition Law matters extends over ten years, having been admitted to the Bucharest Bar in 2006. His education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Babeș-Bolyai University (BBU), but also an LL. B at the Nottingham University and a Master’s Degree with Merit on European Law at the University College of London. He is also a frequent author and co-author of articles in leading local and international publications on competition law matters.

Ms. Negruțiu has been a Criminal Procedure Law Teaching Assistant at ‘Babeș-Bolyai’ University in Cluj-Napoca (hereinafter, BBU) since 2015 and was recently admitted to the National Institute of Magistracy (hereinafter, the NIM), soon to become a prosecutor. Her educational background is quite diverse, having completed her Bachelor of Laws in 2014 and her Master in Criminal Science and Forensics in 2015, both at the same University she has been teaching at, BBU.

Monika Prusinowska is an Assistant Professor at the China-EU School of Law, a Sino-European law school founded by the European Union and the Chinese government. After completing her legal studies in Poland, Monika Prusinowska earned her Master’s degree in Chinese law at the Faculty of Law of Tsinghua University in China and currently she conducts her PhD research on China arbitration issues.
