The organisers are pleased to announce the call for papers on the innovating subject of blockchain which will take place in the University of Groningen, the Netherlands on November 29-30, 2018.
What?
The organisers of the conference wish to discuss the applications of the blockchain technology to government as well as its regulatory, ethical and policy challenges. Topics of the conference may include: Blockchain and social impact, cryptocurrencies and financial regulation, privacy and public health, smart contracts, urban planning, e-citizenship, etc.
When?
Abstracts (max. 500 words) can be submitted to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by no later than April 5, 2018. Upon review of the submissions, the Program Committee will notify the authors by April 30, 2018. Final papers should be submitted by October 26, 2018.
