The International and Transnational Tendencies in Law Center (INTRAlaw), Aarhus University, Denmark, is pleased to announce a call for papers for a workshop on Climate change litigation: trends, policy implications and the way forward to take place at Aarhus University, Department of Law on June 14-15, 2018.

What?

The concept of the workshop is to identify the actual state and future prospects of climate litigation in both national and international level. Topics of interest may include: Analysis of precedent-setting climate change case law, procedural matters in climate litigation, human rights approaches in climate litigation, application of international law by domestic courts in climate litigation, corporate responses to climate litigation, etc.

When?

Abstracts of max. 500 words with a short bio should be submitted via e-mail to Theodora Valkanou (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) by April 20, 2018. Authors will be informed about the final decision on their proposals by April 30, 2018.
