The Summer School course will seek to reflect on arguments emerging in the recent constitutional debates in the participants’ home countries in the light of historical developments, events from the recent past and constitutional and human rights jurisprudence where relevant.
Who?
Students in the upper years of their studies or during a LL.M. programme, who have an advanced knowledge of English (documented with a language exam), and are also interested in the protection of civil and political rights in different legal systems.
