Riga Graduate School of Law, in cooperation with the Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other partners, offers an Advanced Programme for public officials, representatives of civil society and academia in European Neighbourhood Policy countries, Central Asia, and the Western Balkans.

Riga Graduate School of Law, in cooperation with the Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other partners, offers an Advanced Programme for public officials, representatives of civil society and academia in European Neighbourhood Policy countries, Central Asia, and the Western Balkans.

The objective of the programme is to provide training on the relationship between the international community and the EU with the countries which are targeted by the programme. The knowledge transfer will be based on the experience of Latvia, as well as other parties, in their international relations.

Who?

All interested public officials, representatives of civil society and academia from Albania, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan are invited to apply.

How?

In order to apply, all prospective participants must supply the following documents:

  • Motivational letter 
  • Description of present job function 
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Copies of university diplomas
  • Recommendation letter, preferably from the current employer
  • Confirmation of the ability to undertake studies in English

When?

The deadline for applications is January 25, 2016. A committee will review all applications, and results will be announced by February 1, 2016.
