Who?
In order to participate, candidates must hold a law degree and have demonstrated experience or interest in international human rights law. Past winners cannot submit participate again.
What?
Participants can to choose any topic related to the substantive law relevant to the field of International human rights law, humanitarian law and international criminal law. The essay has to be written in English or Spanish. The prizes include a full scholarship to the Program of Advanced Studies on Human Rights and Humanitarian Law
When?
The deadline for submissions is February 1, 2016.
