The Network for International Law Students (NILS) organises a Winter School for law students. The winter school will take place in New Delhi, India and will focus on International dispute settlement.
Who?
All law students are invited to apply, but members of registered NILS Chapters will be given priority in the case of a greater number of applications. There will be a maximum of 40 participants, and no more than five participants per country will be accepted, in order to promote intercultural experiences and diversity.
What?
The winter school will be comprised of 25 hours of lectures which will focus on Conflict of Laws, International Commercial Arbitration and International Investment Arbitration. Participants will also have the opportunity to take part in touristic programmes designed to help foreigners to discover India. Participants might also be provided with prizes or internships based on their work, offered by different law firms and legal organisations that collaborate with NILS for this event.
When?
The winter school will take place between November 26 – December 4, 2016. Registrations are now open.
