Applicants should ideally be residents of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. The internship is not paid. The internship will last for a period of three months.

In order to make our argument more convincing, our last year participants have agreed to share with your their impressions on the experience:

The internship at LLP Iordăchescu & Asociații was a brilliant experience, and it was so much more than I had expected. The lawyers I have met throughout the last three months have been the most engaging and professional team I have ever worked with. This experience has taught me most about the pressure and deadlines a lawyer has to cope with, but also about the high standards required from their employees by the best law firms in our country. It was a major chance for me, and I am grateful beyond words to and to the lawyers at LLP Iordăchescu & Asociații, who made this experience possible for me! Maria Lupașcu, 4th year

Considering all the challenges the internship program, I would definitely recommend it to my fellow students, in order to gain valuable experience and get a real insight into the lawyer's profession. The work I was assigned was engaging and informative, providing me with the opportunity to improve my skills within the office environment. In addition to this, one of the greatest advantages is that taking part in this program subsequently lead to a clearer and wiser perspective as regards the following steps of my professional career. Georgiana Doroftei, 4th year

It was an unforgettable experience which came as a confirmation that the right career path for me is to become a lawyer. I was lucky to work with open-minded persons, who made me feel like I was a part of the team, and who made sure that I learned everything there was to learn. I had the opportunity to work on a number of cases, which implied meeting the firm’s clients. Working with my Civil law professor proved to be very useful, as I got the chance to clarify many aspects and to put into practice everything I have learned so far. Denisa Neamțiu, 4th year

Each new journey involves anxiousness and curiosity. You know that your journey is successful when the first feeling gradually fades away and the second one is satisfied. After a two and a half months internship at LLP Iordăchescu & Asociaţii, as it was my first experience with a law firm, I was pleasantly surprised to find out what being a lawyer actually means. Having witnessed how much people there enjoy their work made me reconsider my career options. Vlad Bota, 4th year

Good luck and do not forget: the deadline is December 18!

The Team
