It is with great honour that we announce our latest cooperation with the China-EU School of Law at the China University of Political Science and Law (CESL). We place great confidence in the fact that this cooperation will create benefits for both parties in the near future.
CESL, integrated into the China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), one of China's highest-ranking universities in the field of law, is a Sino-European platform for legal dialogue. The Consortium Office is at the University of Hamburg. The platform is supported by thirteen European universities, two Chinese Universities, and the Chinese National Prosecutors College. The programme’s professors are selected from these top partner universities and educational institutions.
The Master of European and International Law programme at the China-EU School of Law combines European and International Law with a comprehensive understanding of Chinese legal matters. The curriculum includes: Litigation and Arbitration, Financial Markets and Regulation, Conflict of Laws, CISG, WTO Law, Intellectual Property Law, Moot Court and Arbitration, and many more others. The application deadline for this programme is April 15, 2016.
Perhaps the most-sought after programme of CESL is the three-year Double Master, which combines the Master of European and International Law (LL.M.) awarded by the University of Hamburg with a Master of Chinese Law (LL.M./J.M.) conferred by the China University of Political Science and Law.
