Călin graduated in 2015 from the Babes-Bolyai University (L.L.B in Law) and has recently been admitted to the Bucharest Bar. He was one of the four founding members of the project.
While he was a law student, he was also involved in the university’s debate team, as well as a member of the editorial board of Criminal Law Writings. He founded Lawyr.it together with his colleagues because he believed that students’ opinions are underrepresented in the academic world and he believed that students had a valuable contribution to bring on current legal affairs. He wanted Lawyr.it to provide the platform for young legal minds to bring forth their ideas on controversial legal topics.
