Lect. univ. dr. Daniel Niţu is in the Criminal Sciences teaching staff of Babeș-Bolyai University, being a teaching assistant for both second year and masters degree law students. He has a Ph.D. in Criminal Law since 2012 and was a member on several committees for the Ministry of Justice and the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM). He is also a member of Cluj Bar.  

Linda Hamid is a law clerk in the Chambers of H.E. Judge Christine Van Den Wyngaert at the International Criminal Court as well as a PhD candidate at the University of Leuven (Belgium), where she is currently writing her thesis on the status, rights and obligations of unrecognised states in international law. She holds a bachelor’s degree in law (First class honours) from Babes-Bolyai University and a master’s degree in public international law (cum laude) from Utrecht University (The Netherlands).

Eugen Constantin Iordăchescu is Senior Managing Partner at LLP Iordăchescu & Associates. After completing his Bachelor’s Degree at the Faculty of Law, Babeș – Bolyai University, Mr. Iordăchescu later became a prosecutor at the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Appeal Cluj, as well as a coordinating financial prosecutor at the Chamber of Accounts Cluj. In addition, he has experience in banking and financial law acquired while being manager of the Legal Affairs Directorate of the Ministry of Public Finances.

Cosmin Vasile, Ph.D., has been a partner of Zamfirescu Racoti & Partners Attorneys at Law since 2007. Cosmin acts as special counsel in commercial litigation and has gained a strong reputation in handling complex international arbitrations, including proceedings governed by the rules of ICC and LCIA, as well as less formal procedures using the UNCITRAL arbitration rules.
