Definition
Possessory action (Ro.: acțiune posesorie, Fr.: action possessoire, n.f., dohoda o společném postupu, Cr.: akcija za zaštitu posjeda) (See also: personal property, possession of property) = the civil action which aims to protect the possession of an immovable good against any act of disturbance. The possessory action can be used not only by the owner, but also by the simple possessor.
