The Italian law journal "Comparazione e diritto civile" invites submissions for a special issue on “Who needs comparative law?” The journal was founded in 2010, and is now available in both print and on-line version.
What?
The journal invites submissions on the special issue: “Who needs comparative law?” The committee also welcomes further contributions, dealing with topics on comparative law other than the above mentioned. The accepted languages, are in order of preference: English, Italian, French, Spanish, German and Portuguese. Submissions will firstly be reviewed and accepted by the editorial board and afterwards will be reviewed according to the double blind peer review system.
